If you are not receiving rental income due to vacancy or eviction, you do not pay a management fee. If you are not making money, we are not either. It is that easy.

We do not believe in locking clients into contracts. We earn your business every day. If you are not satisfied, tell us and we will make it right. If we can't, cancel our services at any time — no fees, no penalties.
“烧毁合同”保障
We take full responsibility for the eviction process: we handle the legal eviction of non-compliant tenants on your behalf, all the way through until the tenant is removed. We do not cover attorney or court costs.
驱逐程序全程负责
You should not have to pay to rent your property twice in one year. Unless a resident is relocated due to military orders, we will replace a resident who breaks their lease within the first year — for free.
租客留存保障
Repairs are inevitable, but you should never be blindsided by unexpected expenses. Outside of emergencies and habitability situations, you approve every expensive repair at your property before we spend a dollar. Scheduled inspections and prompt repair coordination help preserve property value and control costs.
成本控制保障
Rental income and every expense are fully transparent — every dollar of rent collected and every repair or vendor cost is itemized and open to you. We never pocket the difference.
