Privacy Policy
Plain language: we only collect what we need to answer your enquiry and run your website, we never sell it, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.
1. Who we are
A-Z Beyond Limited LLC (“we”, “us”) designs, builds and maintains websites for small businesses. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, why we collect it and what we do with it.
2. Information you give us
When you fill in a form on this site — a quote request, the cost estimator, the free website audit or the contact form — we collect the details you type in: your name, email address, phone number if you choose to give one, and whatever you tell us about your project.
We use these details only to reply to you, prepare a quote, and deliver and support the work you asked for.
3. Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our server records basic technical information when you visit: IP address, browser type, device type, the page you came from and the pages you open. This is used to keep the site secure, to fix errors and to see which pages are useful.
If analytics are enabled, visits are counted in aggregate. These tools are not used to identify you personally.
4. Cookies
We use a very small number of cookies. One remembers the colour style you pick on this site; others count visits if analytics is enabled. You can clear or block cookies in your browser at any time — the site still works without them.
5. Who we share it with
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information.
We share it only with the providers we use to run our business — our hosting provider, our email provider and our analytics provider — and only to the extent they need it to do their job. They are not permitted to use it for anything else.
We may also disclose information where we are legally required to, or where it is necessary to protect our rights and the safety of our clients and visitors.
6. How long we keep it
Enquiries and project records are kept for as long as we need them to serve you and to meet our accounting and legal obligations. If you would like your details removed, email us and we will delete them unless we are required to keep them by law.
7. Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information: HTTPS encryption on every page, restricted access, regular updates and backups. No system is perfectly secure, but we handle your information the way we would want ours handled.
8. Your choices and rights
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we will respond within 30 days.
If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information is collected, to have it deleted and to opt out of any sale of it. We do not sell personal information.
We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, contact us and we will remove it.

Our site links to other websites, including our real-estate site beyondrealtyusa.com. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites — please read their own policies.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of the page shows when it last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
